Our tasting tips
To better appreciate our wines, it is advisable to keep them for some years in a cellar at constant temperature (13 to 16°C).
Optimal maturity is achieved from:
- 3 to 5 years for Village appellations
- 5 to 7 years for Premier Cru appellations
- 8 to 10 years for Grand Cru appellations
These ageing periods vary according to vintage.

2021: authentic vintage
Characteristics
A more temperate climate returned and we harvested at the end of September. After several early harvest years, we achieved more typical juice again: fruity, supple and balanced. The tannins are soft and the wines have good ageing potential, offering a complex and elegant aromatic range.
Vintage 2020
Characteristics
This particularly early and sunny vintage allowed fine tannins with lovely ripeness to be achieved. The limited yields concentrated juice while maintaining good balance.
